Ingredients
2 cucumbers
1 bag shredded carrots
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds optional
2 lime juice
Chopped cilantro
Chopped fresh basil
Chopped cashew nuts
In a salad bowl mixed chopped cucumbers, shredded carrots.
Dressing: 2 teaspoon sesame oil + 2 teaspoons sesame seeds+ lime juice. You can add a teaspoon of tamarin sauce to add flavor.
Pour over the salad the dressing and add the fresh chopped cilantro and basil. sprinkle the chopped cashews.
