Avocado Boat Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • Diced fresh tomatoes Diced fresh cucumber

  • Diced onion

  • Chopped cilantro

  • Chopped garlic

  • 1 lime juice

  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Coop the salsa into the center of each avocado half and it's ready to serve

  4. You can serve with Mexican chips.
